As I wrap up my last tech meetups of the year, I can’t help but reflect on just how packed and fulfilling this journey has been. Between interning at IIT Ropar and working as an Operations Engineer at Motherson (Range Rover), it’s been an intense and busy year. But there’s one experience that stands out as a beacon of knowledge and growth—my recent 5-day workshop on next-generation technologies.
This workshop was more than just a series of sessions; it was a transformative experience. Every moment felt like my neurons were firing in overdrive—like helium fission in a high-energy reaction! The content was rich, engaging, and delivered at a pace that truly pushed my limits. From deep dives into VLSI, neural networks, and photonic technologies to understanding the intricate design flow from digital design to fab labs, it was exactly what I needed to bridge the gap in my hardware expertise.
What made this experience even more memorable was the hospitality and basic infrastructure that supported it. Specifically my room mate help me a lot , he is really supportive guy, i think clg has very good guy to run any tasks in his leadership. From the moment I walked into the venue, I was impressed by the seamless organization and facilities.
The labs, the equipment, and the meticulous planning ensured that we were able to focus solely on learning, without any distractions. The thoughtful support from the team added another layer to the experience, making sure all our needs were met and that we had the best environment to thrive in.
This workshop didn’t just provide theoretical knowledge—it gave me hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field. It’s clear that this kind of event isn’t just about sharing knowledge; it’s about creating an ecosystem where innovation can flourish. And for that, I’m incredibly grateful.
I truly believe that the insights and skills I’ve gained will play a pivotal role in my future endeavors, both in my current work at Motherson and beyond. It’s experiences like these that fuel my passion for technology and remind me why I started this journey in the first place.
A huge thank you to everyone involved for providing such top-notch hospitality and infrastructure, making this workshop not just a learning experience, but a memory I will carry with me throughout my career.
